These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of puffandstufflakeland.net, together with any content made available on it (the “Website”), operated by Puff & Stuff Smoke Shop (“Puff & Stuff,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. You must be 21 or older
We sell tobacco, nicotine, hemp and kratom products. You must be at least 21 years old to use the Website. By using it, and by confirming your age when asked, you represent that you are at least 21 and able to agree to these Terms. Identification is checked in store and at delivery.
2. The catalog, prices and availability
The Website shows a selection of what the store carries. It is information, not an offer to sell, and no purchase is made through the Website. Prices shown are in-store prices at the time they were entered; they may change without notice, and the price at the register or on the delivery partner’s app controls. Stock changes daily, so an item shown on the Website may be sold out, and an item in the store may not be shown. Product photos are representative and packaging, colors and sizes may vary. Call the store to confirm availability of any item.
3. Delivery
Delivery orders are placed with, paid to and fulfilled by our delivery partner (DoorDash) on its own website or app, under its own terms of service and privacy policy. The Website only links to it. Delivery availability, fees, times and areas are set by the delivery partner, and age and identity are verified at the door.
4. Product information is not advice
Product descriptions on the Website are general information supplied by the store or the manufacturer. They are not medical, health or professional advice. Hemp and kratom products are not evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nicotine is an addictive chemical. Use every product as its manufacturer directs, keep products away from children and pets, and consult a doctor with any health question. It is your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply to you.
5. License to use the Website
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, limited, non-transferable and revocable license to access and view the Website and its content for your own personal, non-commercial use. We may suspend or withdraw this license at any time as described in these Terms.

Before filing anything, the parties will try in good faith to resolve the dispute directly for at least 30 days.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Puff & Stuff Smoke Shop regarding your use of the Website and supersede any prior understandings on that subject. Purchases in store or through the delivery partner are governed by the terms that apply to those purchases, not by these Terms.
